Default Where can I buy orange spark plug wires / otvc looms?

I'm about to do LT's on my second camaro and would like to find some orange spark plug wires. It's a 97 30th anniversary, so it's white with orange stripes. I see on Thunder Racing they offer at least the OTVC brackets in orange, but I can't find any orange wires. I might even do white brackets and orange wires or vice versa if I can find em.

Anyone know where I can find some?

Well I found the Taylor universal spark plug wires that are cut to fit, they come in orange but idk... I found some 7mm wires on closeout brand new for $11 lol... honestly should I just get these 7mm's for 11$ and call it a day or spend $75 on the orange 8mm Taylors and have to cut them to fit?

OTVC orange brackets - $50
Taylor 8mm universal orange wires - $68
"Optispark end terminal kit" - $15

So like $135 vs $60 with the 7mm wires in the OTVC looms.. or just 11$ period if I say **** it lol.

PS the 11$ wires are POWERMAX - Rawr powerrr

I've heard much more bad than good with regards to Taylor wires, but I wouldn't expect the $11 wires to be an improvement.

I've ran the Taylors from Thunder Racing on my LT1 truck and my Camaro for years. Never had a problem. I wouldn't hesitate to go with them.

$11 wires on the other hand.... sounds sketchy

X2 on the Taylors, do alittle work and make the exactly as u want them. I doubt the $11 wires will go over the VC...probably for the stock setup. Dont cheap out on your spark!!!

There is nothing wrong with taylor wires as far as their spark goes. Getting the opti boot ends on on the other hand sucks ***. 8.5mm universal MSDs are much easier to make but AFAIK only come in red.

I bought MSD 8.5mm wire & components & made my own. It wasn't difficult. I used black wire. Aside from red, I'm not sure whether other colors are available.

Well I ended up getting a set of the MSD universal street fire's for free, so woot! They're black but I just said screw it... Just going to run them carefully around the headers, and if I decide to go OTVC in the future it won't be too pricey.

My 383 car is all done up, powder coat & polish from intake to oil pan, so the OTVC wires really compliment everything. This one's damn nice, but basically stock in the engine bay aside from some hugger orange pieces so I'll live without the OTVC for now.

I ran my wires over the valve cover, and I'm not sure I would do it again. I almost think it looks better when you can't see the wires.

Yeah since I got these for free I'm just going to run them normally with separators.. the only thing I just noticed though is these MSD universal wires appeared to be perfect, with the straight boots for the opti side, but the straight boot side is the premade side. So on my other car with the actual LT1 (not universal) MSD wires, the connector in the boot sticks out the end a bit, and on these new ones, it's receded back about 1/2 way into the boot & i don't know if that will work.

Is this going to work, or do I need new wires.... -_-
