dissapointing dyno results...
Last year before the rebuild, the car put down 380 hp..... it now puts down 320 peak. The only thing besides the motor refresh that was changed was 17" wheels from the 18's I had, and going from a stock converter to the ptc. Does a converter have that much effect on dyno hp????
2nd. A stall can be very detrimental to #'s based on lock, STR etc.
3rd. It could also be in the tune to engine and trans after the upgrades. The only truth to mods is in track times.
Ask yourself, Does it feel more powerful?" If it does, then it does.

I know it would benefit from better heads.
We'll see what times it runs.
Since you've now said it was a differennt dyno, no need to be concerned at all. @ssed-up dyno results are not uncommon. Some of the operators don't have enough understanding to even follow the operating manual

Calculating hp from your trap speed and race weight will be far more accurate than any dyno.
