My car usually goes into the shop as soon as the salt flies and gets pulled apart to change things up again I can't leave well enough alone. Last time it ended up sitting through the winter, the summer, the winter again, and half the summer Now it's all blown apart to get lighter.

But I usually pull the battery and put it on the trickle charger, stack the wheels in the corner, and seafoam in the tank to treat the fuel

Most of the time I have owned the car some stabil and double check the antifeeze mix since it goes to teens below zero here in an average winter, start it a few times over the course of the winter if I don't drive it otherwise. Last winter was the first it spent any time indoors. Oddly my DD truck is the vehicle I have rodent issues with, a red squirrel took the firewall insulation. He died earlier today.
