Default Got a question on some HP ratings? Custom Plaque

I came across a place that custom makes plaques for our Z28's / SS's. I was thinking of removing my CAMARO lettering in between my fog switch and my TCS control and placing the plaque there. I have a 1997 z28 with CAI and full exhaust (prior to CAI car made 270 RWHP and 300 RWHP) it is an A4. I know on the plaques they use FWHP so what would my FWHP be with cai and headers and what would my FWTQ be with the same mods? Stock I did 245 RWHP and 275 RWTQ before headers and never dynoed after CAI was added.

I know stock 96-97 z28's had 96-97 LT1 F-Body: 285bhp, 325lb-ft. If anyone can help me out by getting numbers close that would be really great and fantastic! Place I was looking at was after thoughts auto if anyone is interested.

Thanks,

Devin

330 bhp / 365 ft-lb
That's assuming your last dyno numbers were STD corrected.

I don't get it. You want to put a plaque on your car so only you can be reminded of how much (speculative) HP you have? Is that right?

Exactly what I don't understand? I want people to see my tail lights, not some plaque that I threw a number on.

Anyways, prolly 220-230 bhp/ 250-260 ft-lb

I'm sure you meant 320-330.

Wow lets hold off on the bashing for a second. I'm a broke *** college student saving up to do bits and pieces to my car (headers, full exhaust, intake, gears). Next on list is a stall Yank SS 3600 stall. I've always thought the dash plaques were a unique touch and would compliment my interior well and I just bought the MBA shift adapter with the black Z28 engraved 2'' shifter ball.

They were yes, corrected on a dynojet and tuned (except I think we could get more out of it then the 270 / 300).

No one is bashing. I just don't understand the point. What happens when you buy those headers, intake, exhaust and gears and you add 40HP? Then the badges mean nothing.

Why don't you put the money for this badge towards those things? It's your money of course - just my opinion.
