IIRC you had a laundry list of call outs and conveniently wanted them to show up to the shootout. I thought it would be a great opportunity to call you out to Cecil since you wanted to run there because of how terrible you claim the tracks are around you, and holy **** it's as if I kicked your puppy, and then off to a moderator you went with tears in your eyes.

Where there was a problem was him peddling his combos as if they were better than any others being offered at the time. It got to the point where moderators warned him about several times on z28.com about doing so and not becoming a sponsor. He persisted and was banned. If you want to read any other details you can un-snowflake yourself and turn your PM function on? I pinky swear I won't hurt your feelings!

Yep, I made a laundry list of callouts of cool cars that would spice up the shootout, in Bowling Green, Kentucky! To make the shootout better, and get the car count up. What a dick move I did there! Then you "hustled" me by typing and trying to get me to go into your backyard and race. What a "hustler" you are! So you think "hustling" is not showing up, and typing on an internet forum? Got it!

I'm sure there's plenty of people in here that don't know what your talking about with regards to Joe. You see, you are stuck in a time zone between 1997 and 2001. You always have been. Back then, modding LT1's was in it's infancy and you were somewhat in the middle of it. Now EVERYONE has moved on, but somehow you pound your fists and try to be relevant. Last time I checked Joe ran a 9.34 at 146mph, and nobody has even come close. But he's not allowed to talk about his combos because he doesn't pay to sponsor the board, lol. Great forum there. The guy can't even help people with his knowledge because he hasn't paid up.

Senator and snowflake are your new go-to words? It used to be dissertation diatribe, and mouth-breather. What happened? Are you rotating words or did you find some new ones that you like to replace them?

Triggered, frothy-mouthed SJW? Example:
Now EVERYONE has moved on, but somehow you pound your fists and try to be relevant.
What does that even mean? I post in this tech forum therefore I'm trying to stay relevant? You count "EVERYONE" as the ones who don't post here anymore? Those who still post here do not count as part of the "EVERYONE?" LOL.. okay. Seems no matter how things are explained you don't understand and draw your own whack job conclusions. Overton's car or tech info had nothing to do with being banned. There was no hustle. It was about racing a car from those claiming to have a bunch of power and there was a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth and it never happened, much like when I attempted to call you out.
If you'd like to debate this further, by all means, send me a PM and we can try and hash out your butt hurt. Deal?

I stole this from one of the heated threads I was in on Corvetteforum.
Another situation where this works perfectly!

To answer the good senator’s question about hustle, in Northern Virginia there was a good car scene and was pretty easy to get a race. There were some really good places to run that were in the back country with no traffic or intersections. Fast and Furious had just come out and there were a lot of bold people, import and domestic who looked down on a LT1. I still had a LPE 211 cam so the car sounded stock. Whenever anyone questioned it I’d always say it was stock with headers. Never opened the hood because it had a billet 58mm TB and billet aluminum LPE valve covers. Because they figured it was slow I could usually either get a car or the jump and sandbag since there was always someone watching to see what the car could do. If it was a money race it was always something along the lines of $25-$50. Nothing big because we all knew if we started betting big money it was no longer fun and it could become personal. If someone didn’t want to race for money I always let them win and would act frustrated afterwards. Of course you’d always have the ones who would show up and there was always one who was the mouthpiece for a group. They'd either had no car, or a clapped out pile on a trailer and would claim they wouldn’t start it unless there was $500 on the line. They’d usually get laughed at and they’d end up leaving.
The po-lice really started cracking down in the mid 2000’s. They started using undercover "21 Jumpstreet" cops flagging races. My friend received a warrant in the mail (he was never stopped or charged) and had to go to court. A few of my friends and I were witnesses and the judge threw it out. After that I realized it just wasn’t worth it anymore.

Does anyone have Tommy Roberts contact info? I heard through the grapevine there might be another push for a aftermarket LTX block. I’m willing to put skin in the game up front. Even full purchase price.

There’s still options like the AFR LT1 heads or the Trick Flow 21 degree heads. But, you could also have higher flowing SBC heads converted to run on an LT1 but you’d need a custom intake.

MSRP $3800-$4200 depending on options & how many get in on it.

This covid nonsense dicked with everything so don't know how it's all going to pan out. Production might get pushed back. I'll have to ask.

I think you could bring the costs down a little if there weren't so many options.
