NITROUS!!! because it made me blow my headgasket which gave me an excuse to disassemble my engine and "fix" things

LOUD exhaust.. God also intended for our cars to have the ability to make everyone think the apocalypse was coming down the road, when in reality it's just an LT1 mashin the gas a little.

Ya stock LT1 exhaust blows chunks. At least just weld in a cut-out. Flowtechs cost $30

Weight reduction, nothing like throwing a hole buch of pointless junk in the corner of the garage, while helping out the old track times.

Headers and at least a 3.42 rear gear in an auto car, 4.10 in a manual. i'd also recommend a mild cam.

So far the best money spent was on Sub-Frame Connectors and an LS1 brake Swap with Hawk HPS pads.

Yeah LS1 break swap
K&N Cai or equivalent
Long Tube Headers
Ditch The ac and the A.I.R and EGR
LT1s are meant to lope so get a damn lopey cam in there

This is what happened to me two summers agostock with cutout I ran 13.9@104
Then
224/230 112lsa and 1.6rrs
Long tube headers(jethot)
And misc things like pushrods and new timging chain
Ditched ac and emissions crap
I gained 10 MPH!!!
Thats almost 100 hp
Just make it breathe better and pollute better and youll be all good

Big cam, long tubes, and probably the best 2 mods for an automatic: stall and sticky tires!
Just switching from the cc305 w/ shorty headers to cc306 w/LTs, and getting a new opti I gained 50rwhp and 50rwtq!
