you left out the 2 most important figures to estimate times
1) HP levels...or are we supposed to guess
2) raceweight
if you are hauling 7-800lbs of stereo equipment on 18" wheels and street tires I would say low 14's high 13's

naw no crazy stero just heavy *** 18's....dunno hoping for real low 13's.... i beat my buddies pullied exhaust intake and tuned 03 lighting wiht just headers cai lt-1 edit and a cut out...guess we will see thanks alot
