ok, this might be retarded but I know nothing about tuning or PCMs, if you can copy mine from the PCM i will be more than glad to help, at least I'm 10 minutes away.
Edit**
the site you posted yesterday has it if I'm not mistaken, and I believe they fixed the bug after I emailed them.

they all worked for me :O the stock 94 z28 file on that site isnt stock either ... it is the same as the 94bin with the hpp tune ... however the 95 stock z28 is the same as a 94. the only changes in 95 computer wise was that traction control actually worked in some models of the 95 z28 if it had traction controled on the car. be sure to rename the files from .zip to .lt1

comparing the 2 in cats tuner it looked virgin ... i didnt go through the constants table, but the line pressure was def. stock! clear your firefox cache, his files just recently changed. that page might be cached in firefox.
or google for a program called ccleaner, it will clean up all the temp garbage on your computer. i use this about once a week.

you dont have to unzip them ... just take off the .zip file extension. he had to name them like that for his host probably, some hosts dont allow transfer of unknown file types.

How do I make them .bins? Ive tried everything.
Please note: The due to some changes in the server, files with a .LT1 extension can't be directly downloaded. I have added a .ZIP extension to the files. But, these ARE NOT zip files! I only added the extension to allow you to download them. After downloading the file simply remove the .ZIP extension and you'll have a good .LT1 file.
