Default LT1 swapped 83 Malibu wagon troubleshoot

first off 1993 LT1 motor and trans out of an F body. AC delete, new spark plugs, wires, coil, opti, painless harness. fuel pump has pressure at fuel rails (sprays gas everywhere when scrader valve is pressed). 30lb SVO injectors. computer is tuned to have all VATs, polution controls tuned out as well as being tuned for the 30#ers.

car wont start, it turns over fine.. before when it had the stock injectors in it we thought that the injectors were frozen, so they were cleaned out with a nail (my father did this, dont flame me) we put the injectors back on and it ran.. really bad, but it would start up and run.. i think the only reason why they ran was becuase they leaked fuel everywhere.

its not spark, because if you have a spray bottle of either or gasoline it will run fine.. could it be a crankshaft position sensor being bad? the motor has been in the car for over 2 years now.. just other projects have been taking priority. i want to see this car run now, so im starting to get serious about working out the demons. if all else fails i guess ill get a old priest, a young priest and some holy water...

as a reward for reading my post i will put up pics...

itll be a sleeper after everything is worked out i want to do LT headers with true dual exhaust and then put a powerdyne supercharger on it (because they are silent and cheap)

Time to check the basics sounds like you have a fueling issue. Need to check the pressure and then get a noid light and verify if the pcm is controlling the injectors and go from there. Get these and get back w us.

with 93's its batch fire, so they all fire, but i beleive based on what the opti is pointed at, it determines what cyl fires

Get a cheap mechanic's stethascope and hold the metal rod on an injector while cranking. If you can't hear a clicking noise then the injector is not cycling. Work back from there.

Also check in at maliburacing.com. Lot's of project experience there, and LT1/LT4 experience as well.

sheck the pins on the opti connector,if you wiggle the connector while the key is in the on position, listen for injectors to pulse.
