My Mechanic Said freeze plug where do I get one so little? I also have a new Oring for it I bought from the dealership but I doubt it will work because we put Silicone/RTV on that thing and its still a good leak

I tried that, and the dealer told me the only way to get the o-ring was to buy the entrie sensor "assembly". I went to an industrial hardware supplier and picked up a couple, but sorry, I don't remember the size...it was 2-3 years ago.

Um, a freeze plug isnt going to do you any good... As it would require removal of the sensor.

Well you can work around that by deleting the SES code(s) for the CPS sensor... But you loose the misfire detection feature of the pcm.

94 didn't have a Cam or Crank Position Sensor(s), unless when your motor got re-built they converted it to OBDII..

You have a pic of it, I have never seen one on a LT1. Everyone I know has a 1995 or back car. Worst case, change the Timing Cover to a 1995.

If you get it all the way down to that, try and find a 1995 Timing Cover.

That Engine looks pretty good with that Tubular K Member. How does it hold up? I am thinking about upgrading to one of them when I do my swap.
