Default What Engine would you get?

Ok my buddy asked me this the other day and I didnt know what to say, so what do you think.

Lets say you came into a large sum of money and decided to go with an engine upgrade on your car, what would you get? Money isnt an object here.

I would be partial to having an LT5 in my car, that would just be freakin awesome. either that or a LS7 that would be cool to have a 7 litre sticker or something on my car

Damn that's a tough choice between 7 or 8, but since I already own an lt car I'd stick with a forced induction ltx. In any other car forced induction lsx > everything else

Were are the options for "Sprayed LTx or LSx''?

Thats good stuff. Id stay LTx though, im a lil biased. Besides 6 Head Bolts per cylinder is always nice on a big hit

Tony.

I'd get World Product's tall deck LSX block - 482ci, a set of their heads or some LS7s with a good port and a nice lumpy cam... 700hp shouldnt be too hard to come by with that combo

You can buy an LS2, 400hp/400Tq for $5400.
I'd get that and throw on a nice Turbo or S/c.

Of course if money was no object, I'd want a 72/73 Camaro, and then i'd slap the 720 hp ZZ572 in there

I've always wanted my LT to be supercharged, I'd have to go with a forced induction LT1.

Well since it says 'Upgrade on your Car' in the fist post, id still stick with the LTx, im too lazy to do the swap.

NOW...If were going for max power it would be a LSX Block with some ETP heads and a sheetmetal intake, Crazy SR cam and a T56.

I dont know if you guys remember but a while ago somebody posted some pics of a Twin Turbo LT5 in a 66 Chevelle, I would want that engine, but I seriously doubt it would fit, but that would be killer.

As for the Sprayed, I was talking more about just engine

LS7 if money is no object, if you dont have 12K+ to spend then big cubed LT4 with supercharger.

Thats easy for me, a big cube LT-5 410 ci if its impossible to go any bigger but it would be nice to have a 500 ci bespoke block LT-5. A Rotrex Supercharger for low rpm boost coupled with twin turbos for high rpm. And a bare minimum 1200 RWHP from 7,500 rpm thru the 9,000 rpm redline.
