Default Car is dead temporarily..

I think it's the Ignition switch...
I was driving away from a friends house earlier, about 20ft from his mailbox, and it just dies out, no dash, no accessories, no Fuel Pump, nothing that would come on when the Key is turned on. The Dash lights up when you turn the lights on, the Radio turns on when you turn the Key back to Accessory, all that stuff is fine, just nothing when you turn the Key forward. The other day it did the same thing, and after jiggling the Key, it started. It might of went out for good this time..

Wasn't you gonna change your motor anyway? Maybe this is the sign.

Engine has nothing to do with that little Ignition Switch.. if that is out it won't start the other Engine either..
I am just changing the Engine, Tranny, and the Wiring Harness, which is a direct plug in. I still have to be able to start it..

It was the Ignition Switch, it's all good now. Had to take the whole Steering Column out to get to it, that was a pain in the *****..
