The way I got mine off is to tap it with a hammer and then spin the motor and tap again to keep it square just do that til it pops off. Before you put it back on clean it up with sandpaper and slap some grease on it makes it alot easier the next time.

Any tips on removing the crank pulley hub? Mine is like completely rusted on, even after leaving Fab blaster on it for a day it still won't come off with a 3-jaw puller.

Are you using a bolt in the crank snout? Find a smaller diameter bolt that won't screw into the crank might need couple different lengths. The reason for this is so the puller will press against the bolt. If you don't use a bolt it will push against the hub and you won't go nowhere.

you dont mean the bolt thats already screwed in there, do you? im in the process of taking it off too, and i thought that held the hub on....? (along with it being pressed or whatever...)

no not the actually bolt just a long small bolt that slides in the crank, not threaded in.
