No. LS1 and LT1 long tube headers come off at a different angle.

As for the original question. Yes the Y pipe off of a LS1 set of pacesetters will fit your LT1 pacesetter headers. Go look and compare at summit, there identical. What you have to worry about are the ports. LT1's have a "D" port while the LS1's are oval shaped. The headers on a LS1 will not fit on a LT1, vice versa. However, the with the Y pipe situation, you'll be fine.

Hopefully you already have the Y pipe or struck a good deal otherwise just order all the LT1 stuff together. That's why I love summit, they list everything in one shot, not piece mealing everything together.

here's the LS1 y pipe.

There is a welded bung that comes in the collectors. If you are handy with soldering and shrink-wrapping, then you can use the extension kit that comes with the PaceSetters.

You miss the part in the Summit pic that says: "Image is a representation of this part. Actual part may vary."

LT1 Headers are your standard SBC profile, the LS1 Headers are similar to Big Block Headers for looks.
LS1 Head Exhaust ports are actually Circle shaped, as well as the Truck Head Castings.
The LS6 and LS2 Heads have D-Ports, as well as the LS7 and late model L92 Heads.

Yeah I tried an LS1 Hooker Y on my Hooker LT1 headers and they did not fit. Not even close.

From Manifolds to LT Headers.. you will notice a big difference. I figure around 30hp.
Here is a pic of the set that came in for my LSX Project. If you can see it, the drivers side it sitting kinda high in the back, that is where it's angled out.
