Default Installing motor mounts.

I've tried before and couldn't quite get it, I have poly inserts. Anyone have any tips?

They're a PITA. You have to cut them open and then bolt them back together. Where are you stuck?

I couldnt get the middle, rubber part out of the original mounts to replace it. I tried jacking the motor a bunch of ways but everything was a pain in the ***.

You're trying to do it with them still in the car?

You have to remove them from the car and drill out the rivets to split the shells open. Once you have done that you will have bolt the shells back together to hold the new mounts in. Its a big headache if you ask me.

Well, have fun, but not too much, they are like the torque arm mounts, i have to grind the rivet off then bolt them back together.
