yeah you are just going to have to unscrew that plat with all the wires and just rip that air duct out its is of no use to you.. now i have a morroso cai and i dont know how similar they are but if its like mine there is a lil metal plate that connects the cai to the filter if so your going to have a hell of a time fitting that plate and filter down to sit on top of that hole... you may not want to do this but it makes it a lot easier, i bent the sides of that plat straight up so it would slide right in and then when it was in place i bent them back...

Just be careful with that "little box with wires" it controls your headlights and its expensive
. You might (maybe) have to move your cruise control box, another box with wires except it has a fat black cable that runs to well... the TB. However I think the previous owner of my car strategically placed right were i needed to route the intake, so I had to do away with it.

lmao @ tube for air conditioner.
"new water pump right there"
its for the AIR pump. if the new intake doesnt have a fitting on it for the hose to slide over, just put a breather filter on it.

Why can't you put two and two together? Actually pay attention to what you are doing when you take out the stock intake.. then just replace it with the new one. Isn't it obvious that the "tube thingy" your waving around like a dick mysteriously goes to the hole on the K@N intake? And unbolt the "thingy with the wires coming out of it" from the stock intake box and place it somewhere out of the way.

Your suppose to cut the shampoo bottle so it's shorter. Kinda defeats the purpose of making it if there is still a tube hanging down. And clamp/zip tie it down so it doesn't get sucked through the intake.
