I think the tire rule is alittle small. Maybe limit to a 30" 10.5. I would love for a 10.5 W since the 6 speed drivers need all the tire we can get. I know the LSX shootout last weekend make the exception for 29" tires from what I saw. I've always been iffy on a true 10.5 tire trying to leave on it...very inconsistant tire on my car.

Looks Like I will be running in a class where I'm outspent again..Oh well. No 6 speed class for me.

After looking over the rules a bit more, does anyone think they are too specific/constraining. Maybe limiting the number of cars? It's already going to be a small event and more finite rules will only serve to keep attendance smaller.

Maybe instead of saying "tags required, 23 degree only, no modified intakes, single stage n20 etc" make weight penalties for the things that don't fit. Seems like the only catch all class is outlaw.

Thank you for your opinions Sean however we will leave the classes and rules as they are for the most part. Lets get this first event behind us and can improve it the following year and can learn from the good and the bad. Your opinions are valued. Thanks.

Quick question. Say I run NA in the 6 speed class but have an aftermarket pcm and converted intake. I get penalized 150 lbs against guys that can run all the juice/boost they want at a lighter weight?

Thats the way it works sometimes. We can't have a class for everyone especially with so many types of combos on different cars. I say just come out and race and have fun even if you can't hang with others in your class. You could always run bracket as well. I will get my butt handed to me in Outlaw for sure because my car weighs almost 3500 lbs and the minimum limit is 3200.

I'm not saying I wouldn't come because of it. I plan on being there and run wherever I'm put to support the effort. I know you guys have a hard time with the rules and understand. I was just asking if I read it right. I'm done with my questions and am looking forward to the race.

That being said..I'm offically calling out Taner for an all motor heads up race. What cha got for this little 355 boy?
