Man, if you can learn anything from my experience it's do it right the first time. I bought Edelbrock shorties when they were new and cost me almost as much as Kooks Longtubes...buy longtubes, that is if you don't have to pass emissions...
I am suppose to pass emissions but they dont realy do a visual. They hook up the sniffer and see if it blows too much crap out. I was thinking of the mac midlengths.
and don worry about emissions u can always find some guy who dosent care to pass ya!

i was gonna go with Shorties for my Vette but the more i looked into it the more i've found that LongTubes are above and beyond the best for the $$$ so i picked up some TSP Longtubes and O/R X-pipe
