weight reduction and suspension will get you deep in the 11's. i went 11.70's with just 320 rwhp and 3300 lb. raceweght. as a far as torque converter, buy a good vig, yank, or equivalent 3600 stall. if you skimp on the converter, you will regret it.

suspension isn't a great concern when dealing with 350 to 370rwhp just as long as the track is prepped. If you're dead hooking on the susp. (on a well prepped track) you have now then changing susp. parts isn't going to do anything better.
And to the OP, the only way to know is to dyno the car and run it at the track. Hopefully whoever ported your heads knew your combo and did a quality job.
