Default how long do the MAF wires need extended to put the LT1 WS6 ram air box onto a 95 T/A

???

looks like Caspers sells 12, 24 and 36 inch? would 12 be long enough? i dont erally want to go too long and have some cable hanging freely inside the engine...

or can i actually use my stock MAF wires w/o extending them?

12 " should be fine. I think I extended mine on my old car like 8 inches.

I didnt have to extend mine at all, I cut it back out of the harness to get the length I needed and taped the harness back up. The IAT plugged right in on the passenger side of the box.

yeah i know the IAT will work, it doesnt look like it moves all that much, but everyone says you have to extend the MAF cable... is that cable i posted above the right one for that?

and is there anything else i need for a full WS6 intake swap? I have the hood, the hood grills, the complete airbox w/ k&n (coming via ups this week) and i ordered that 12 inch extender cable last night.

Did it come with the rubber piece that connect the air box to the MAF to the intake?

I unraveled the wires from the wire loom. I untied some of the electric tape, and mocked it up to my Firehawk air box. If I remember correctly the wires were just long enough. I won't know for sure until I finish fiberglassing the box to my radiator cover.

I just looked at my IAT and it barely goes to where I "think" the plug would be on the WS6 airbox. I do not have the airbox yet (should be here tomorrow), but are you sure you don't have to extend the IAT?

Oh and i was playing with Paint Shop Pro earlier and came up with this

I deleted somenoe's front plate holder (since i dont have one) and added my black ZR1's. I think it's gonna look awesome.
