ive got a canton pan on my new engine and when we test fitted the hooker headers, we had gobs of room. I'm not sure what the part number was off the top of my head, but it was an "LT1" pan, but it will clear the stock k-member too.

I have a Canton pan on my Z and it's fine w/ LT's. The only issue I had is it is a little tough to plug in the low oil sensor plug in when the headers are installed. If you install the headers and forgot to put the low oil sensor itself in...LOL, good luck. Make sure it's in before the headers go in. Otherwise, there are no clearance issues w/ Canton & Hooker.
