to make a lt1 faster??

wut can i do besides exaust system(header, intake) spray, supercharger, turbo, gears to make it faster ?

The stroke doesn't, it's about the cid (cubic inch displacement). The larger cid is what makes power. Think of it like this every motor has a stroke and bore but what make makes more power a 350 or 305, given they are very similar is setup, the 350. So take that 350 put in a crank that makes it a 383 or 396 and with the proper tune it will make more power just on cid alone because of the volume of air and fuel its pumping.
I assume they mean they spray (nitrous) the motor or the motor is set up for spray. This has nothing to do with the stoke

As far as the 305/350 comparison, that's kind of a bad way to look at it. A 350 from the early 80s only made like 190hp, but the 305 TBIs made like 215 or more if it was the roller version. They are the same stroke though, just a different bore. The lowest amount the 350 made was 145, and the most the 305 made was 250 (not sure what that came in thought)! TPI 305 made 230hp, but it's 350 counterpart made 245-250hp.
The best way to make more power off the bat is heads and cam. A stroker motor on stock parts won't really make that much more power. Hell, I'll throw the numbers into Desktop Dyno quick for an approximate.
Showing about 6hp and 30tq gain. That's starting out under the assumption that GM lowered the numbers on the F-Body LT1 to make the Vette look better, and starting out at 304hp/340tq (a bit high, I know, but that's only 10tq more than the Vette's advertised). If we go with the marketed 275/325, then it's only 1hp and 27tq. This is all speculative though, since it's software calculating numbers. I used all the correct specs I could find for an LT1 and input it all (all the cam specifics, etc) and it came out really close to what the LT1 advertised power was. This is at the flywheel, not at the rear wheels.

Heads and cam are where power is, displacement affects what rpm that power is made at. Think about it ALL the airflow of an engine has to go through the heads and valves and the valves are actuated by the cam. The limit to how much power an engine can make is how much fuel it can burn, the limit to how much fuel it can burn is decided by how much air it and take in and expel.
Guys have tried building strokers with basically untouched heads and they are WEAK.

I was just try to make to guy understand the difference by example, since he's new and all, and if you looked at the post above it you'll see.
But will see when my 396 gets back and yes it does have stage 3 heads and well the cam I'm not sure of yet w a 300 shot on it. I was trying to have it done for the shootout but doesn't look like it. So don't really think I'm going to have my *** "whoo[ped" this isn't my first ride, just another toy.
