The E46 M3s had 333hp in the US. If the T/A really is stock then the M3 will most likely win. They are capable of mid-low 13's at ~106mph, IIRC.

my car is factory stock. only have no catalitic cnvtr with Gm oem muffler.
I have changed new oem limited slip.. which mods you suggest to eat m3s easly

Go from a Mid-low 1st gear roll around 15. You should instantly pull through 1st and most of second fairly easy. Then, its up to you and him from there. They have the power to catch you, so see if you can hold him off. Im thinking 6k rpm powershifts.

The Last M3 I ran from a 50 roll got toasted to a buck twenty, and basically Im stock. I cant say more then its up to you drivers . Good luck and we want to know the outcome.

I saw a new 335i 4 door run last week at the track, it ran a 8 sixty something and that is the six, the M will be a lot faster you will need some mods to match up with him.

M3s are drivers race for LT1 also, I know because I race them! There was nothing wrong with the driver, as I could hear him rowin his gears. 2 cars at 120 is no excuse, Theres plenty of gear for them to use that power. M3's are strong and I can see where most LT1's just cant run with. But some can..

Ihave raced when I saw M3 Esspecially cabriolets.. My Cabrio transam go same by the way my car spins lot no traction control only limited slip..
Cabrio M3s 0-62 is longer than coupes.. Factory 5.5.
By the way I have not raced professionally only saw them at traffic
Lt1 eat older M3.
