One side is 3" (the side that has the 3 bolt flange) and the outlet is 2.5", either weld that end or get some band clamps. The kit comes with gaskets to go in between the collector and that reducer. Thats what I got to go from my 3" collector lt headers to my 2.5" bassani true duals. Just dont be a retard like me and order two of them, it has two reducers in the kit.

The thing I dont get is how is the side that has the 3 bolt flange on the reducer gona connect with the 3" connector if the connector does not have a 3 bolt flange built in?Do i have to weld one on and then unite the two with bolts and nuts or what?

the simple solution is bring ur exhaust setup to a small exhaust shop, have the ends widened to a lil over 3" and then band clamp them to the header collectors if not, do what was said in the previous post

that's what I used, I just welded that to my exhaust and then welded 2 of those flanges on my headers. more pics here

Here's what you need. http://www.jegs.com/i/Flowmaster/389...744771%7C11535. I did the same thing. I bought my 2.5" x-pipe before I even realized that PS LT's have a 3" collector. So, I ordered the Fowmaster Venturi 3"-2.5" cone. It only took a couple days for it to get here, since they do same day shipping.

Nope, still haven't found the mufflers yet. I'm still thinking about the Flowmaster 10 series eBay knock-offs. That way, if I don't like them, I'm only out about $50 for two. And if I like them, then I got some good mufflers for dirt cheap. lol. The mufflers and some O2 extensions are all I need for the install now, since the headers came today. I can't wait to get it all on and hear what it'll sound like. I'll have to post up some clips too.
