its not hard to put an lt1 in the 12s.bolt-ons and decent cam will get you deep into the 12s. i went with advanced induction's 226/234 cam. i love this thing. and if you buy the kit, it takes out all the guess work. im expecting atleast 12.5 next time i hit the track

I live about an hour south of you on 360. I'll be glad to lend you a hand and help you find parts for it. You should be able to break 12s with just bolt ons on your stock rear/gearing, but you may want to look into a cam depending on how deep you want to go into the 12s. Just pm me and let me know your thoughts and we'll go from there. Good luck.

Full bolt-ons, a tune, and some DR's should get you into the 12's, if you can drive. Well, with gears atleast. I don't know about with 3.42's.

A stock motor will put in the 12's. You would need the car set-up correctly for that tho'.

I couldn't agree more with you about the 12s. I was just suggesting the time because you mentioned staying with stock rear/gearing. That will limit your launch unless you like replacing the 10 bolt..LOL Cam only LT1s easily belong in the low 12s and a 12.5 will be an easy feat. Like I mentioned, I'll be glad to give you a hand or help find your needed parts.

actually im also running 4.10 gears. that probably helps the cam alot. but im on nitto 555s not the r's. im hoping for mid-low 12s on these. maybe low low 12, maybe even high 11s with drs
