My goal was not to offend you in any way but make a strong enough statment to get your attention as nothing else any one was saying even got you to look at it from their side of the table. Some times a slap on the back of the head works

Do tell me this. Just how many SS cars do you think are going to show or Would show if we changed the rules to accept them...the weekend of a national event only miles away from ours? I am guessing we could give them there very own class but the only cars to show up would be cars that did not make the field for the national event with ours only being a way to not loose the entire weekend.

the fastest run in the class last year was an 11.0. I figure it is going to pick up some this year but do you really feel a SS car will not have an advantage in the N/A class?

It really is not that hard to run a smaller tire and get the car tagged is it? If that is all we are talking I do not see the big problem? Hell msot guys bought tires just for this event last year including me and I did not get to bring my car in the end. BUT My car fit the rules that were set.

YES everyone would like to see more cars and great racing. BUT they do not yet want the run away you see at other events.

Thank you for your time

If I'm reading this right, GIZMO has a STOCK ELIMINATOR car, NOT a SUPER STOCK car. His car only runs mid- to high 10's, so I hope it's not a SS car.

SS cars run in the mid-high 9's.

My Formula ran 10.5's at Rockingham N/A. Stock intake, stock throttle body, stock rockers, stock size valves, stock lift cam, blueprinted .060 over LT1 with blueprinted stock head castings. 3000 lb race weight. Gotta love Stock Eliminator!

No, you're not understanding. A Stock Eliminator car that only runs mid-high 10's won't have a chance in the Outlaw class with cars going 1-2 SECONDS faster than them.

I believe they fit in the N/A class much better, but NOT with a 30" tire, as the N/A class will likely have 95% street cars in it and it takes a lot of cutting (ala 'race' car) to get the 30" tire to fit.
Ahhh I get it.... I didn't realize what they ran which is why I said it..... I don't care either way.... My car will run on motor what an SE car does so I could be competitive but I do understand what you are saying about 95% of the class will be street type cars.... I say keep it 29.5" max and establish a minimum weight to meet to keep out the 2800 lb full out racecars with tin interiors....

I'm focusing on the Outlaw class so I don't really have a dog in the fight unless I decide to do both classes (which I might honestly do since I think my 10.6 would hold a very strong chance of winning and NA class...)

I talk alot of **** but i'm probably gonna get mopped up by Sikora in Outlaw..... f-in twin's...

You really are a piece of work.

Please research the term "off-color". As far as I can tell it has nothing to do with race. That said, if anyone is offended by that term I apologize and am open to education on the matter.

Calling someone a racist is a strong alegation and is also way out of line. I also don't appreciate your regional comment.

Please resist the urge to insult me further.

A few little facts.

You are from NC and I am From Washington state. Things ARE drasticly different here my friend and I was not trying to accuse you of any thing more then point out differeances. Here that term can get you "Termiated" from certian jobs.

Trust me if "I" was 'trying' to insult you everyone would be well aware. You are deffinately defensive. no need to be.

BAck to the thread it IS the smack talking thread.

Giz drag your *** out and see if you can beat me I will run N/A and 450 LBS more then you it should be an easy race.

Or you going to be at the Nat's instead?
