Default 3'' Maganflow WAAAY to loud!!

Just went through the sniffer test...everything passed but the "Noise Test" Oregon does now. 93 disciples is the max sound your car can put out and mine was at 93.6.. So he told me to put some "sound bafflers" that screw in the small holes cut out on the bottom of the exhaust tips?? Anyone ever heard of these or know where to get them at?? I have never heard of such a thing. I just can't stop lol over this B.S. Good thing I didn't go with the GMMG or the LM1 or the **** would be comin' off. DEQ sucks *****!!

Damn dude, that sucks....

I would have given you the benefit of the doubt for the damn .6 if I was the tester...

I dont know where you would get those, but just maybe put 12" bullet in your I pipe? That'd tone it down a little bit...

Wow they have a noise test? I would completely fail, nothing better than a bullet!
Looks like the whole West is starting to look uninhabitable from the auto enthusiast standpoint.

Tell them to produce a certificate of calibration for the sound measuring device.

This is a very good idea, if they cant produce the certificate of calibration (and it needs to be recent and valid) you can cause some problems.

I'm going to be running a dumped 4" bullet. Probably still be a bunch of bikes and redneck trucks louder than me though. I like living fairly close to the country.
