Default GMPP 1.6 RR's

I have these installed from the hotcam kit. It seems as if they are getting noisy. Has anyone had problems with the adjuster nuts backing out?
Do I need some after market poly locks?

YOU MAY WANT TO GO BACK THROUGH THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY are properly adjusted and locked, they do have a small amount of noise. i think it is due to the aligning disks that keep the rocker on the valve cause my NSA rockers are very quiet....

They are noticably loud but not loud as in " hey I deff. have a rocker out of adjustment".

They seem to be uniform in loudness...if that makes sense. On both sides.

I just dont remember them being that noticable on the initial start up. Ive adjusted many a valves to zero lash, but this is a first for me as far as rr's go, so it may be all in my head.

Hey badazz, man you are soo close to 12's. Im going to he local track next weekend, however im an auto with 2.73's... so im hoping to run at least a 13.2 with dr's.

The GMPP rockers seem to have the sewing machine tick when they are set correctly, even I have it a little bit... But its definitely not anything loud enough to be loosing sleep over.

I do not have LT4 valve covers yet though, which is supposed to quiet them down quite a bit (and if it were any quieter, I wouldent even hear them).

(I also have a slight exhaust leak from the old Mac Mids, which could also be contributing to what I hear... But those are coming out very soon.)

I hade them before the cam swap, and they are quiet compared to the promags, lol. A little louder than stock, but I dont think I could hear them when sitting in car at idle with the hood closed. Which I can with the promags btw.
