i don't think you've checked around to see exactly what payouts are for winning at most events..... even the biggest shootouts like Orlando world street nationals and the outlaw drag radial championship generally payout like a grand to the winner.....

I run a low 9 second nitrous car.... everytime I bring out my car it costs me like 400-500 bucks for everything.... food, gas for racecar, gas for tow vehicle, entry fees, nitrous bottles.... and that is considering that these events are LOCAL to me.... they are dragging that car with a huge enclosed trailer to out of state events.... Even if they win it all they are not even breaking even. Spending more money than they are making... and THAT is what is terrible.

And to ask 100K for that car and that trailer is OUTRAGEOUS. Yes you cannot build that car for 40K but COME ON. You are in a financial dire straits and about to be sued by multiple people and you ask an outrageous price for that car.... You MIGHT get 50K for that car if you are lucky. generally sales like that are 50% of cost.... that is why cars are a dumb investment. You are lucky to get half of what you have invested..... So by their estimation that car and trailer are worth 200K???? get bent....

a parallel observation would be if you were forced to foreclose on your house. Your house is worth say 250K. You aren't going to ask 350K for it. unless you enjoy going thru a foreclosure. You try to move it by short selling it for like 200K..... move it and suffer the loss of 50K instead of all of it..... They coudl sell that car and trailer for 50K and payoff everybody and have money left over....

They are pieces of ****......wont sell that car & cut their losses, instead they try & remain greedy. It will come to an end very soon im sure. Make the right decision people, file with the DA's office asap or you will have nothing, because they're going to lose everything
