Default Need some Twin Disk advise.

Ok let me give you a little info about the car. It weighs 36xx with me in it,makes 500 rwhp on motor and I'm going to spray 250ish split in 2 stages. I just took out my Ram Powergrip HD and I've been looking seriously at the Mcloed RXT. I'm looking for a clutch with nice street manners and will hold the power I'm going to throw at it.If there are any clutches out there that fit what I'm looking for please post them.

I have run the McLeod twins for a while happy so far.
The monster's look promising as well, can't beat the warranty there....

I have the Textralia Twin and just dyno'd 911rwhp today. Incidentally, my clutch just started giving out. I only have about 2kmi in it. 500rwhp, you should be able to beat the crap out of any twin disc clutch. I am curious as to why you even feel you need a with that power level.

There is a RAM twin disc that actually uses (2) 11in discs. Every other twin disc clutch that I've seen only use 8 7/8" discs, which is crap. I'll try and get the part no for you. I know a guy who has well over 900rw and is running this clutch.

I had a puck style clutch in another car and it chattered for a long time before it settled down. It moaned when trying to slip it too. It was embarrassing. It finally quit chattering and moaning and turned out to be a great clutch. It all depends on the friction disc material.
