Default RPM Level 5 with Billet output shaft, do you have one?

Well my T56 trans sounds like a party on new years eve.
I put billet keys in it carbon blocking rings etc..... still breaking 1-2 syncro.
2 times now. tired of screwing around.
I ordered a RBP Level 5 with the billet output shaft. ITS A LOT OF FRIGGING $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I hope this is the end of the headaches. I havent even sprayed the car yet because of the trans
Anyone else haveing issues with the T56 in a Vette? or Fbody?
Do you have a RPM Trans??????? How do you like it???

Wow, wish I had some advice to give, as to why you might be having these problems.

(a) A Vette has solid keys in the 1-2 slider assembly from the factory and they rarely give issue

(b) A 9310 mainshaft will do absolutely nothing to help with breaking something 1-2 related. Its designed to help with the twisting and breaking where the mainshaft plugs into the diff.

(c) When you say you are breaking the 1-2 syncros, could you be a little more specific? What exactly are you breaking?

I broke 2 syncros within 1500 miles or so. 1-2 both times. the car has never been sprayed yet.
The car barely has 400 to the wheels with tranny problems. whinning etc.
tired of the issues should have done this in the first place.

Broke the keys and 1-2 syncro serious vibration 5-6
Maybe I just got a bad one???? dealer told me the clutch is causing all the problems and voided my warranty. GM Blows anyway. they aske me if I changed the clutch, I said yes, with that it was voided. Yet 1500 miles prior
Dealer fixed same issue without question?????????? I give up?
or one more thing I found out the guy that worked on my trans at the dealer
shortly after the repair ODed and is no longer with us so God only knows what the hell he did.

Had a level 5 c5 rpm trans with no issues, head and cam leaving on a 200 shot 1.41 60 ft (the rear didn't like it but no problems with the trans) do yourself a favor call tick and get your self an adjustable master and a pedal stop ! That will make all the difference. Now went to the c6 z06 6060 rpm level 5 with new combo looking to go low 9 s on a big hit ! Good luck. Mark

sounds like a clutch disengagement issue, which from my experience is reason why most synchros go out.
