Default LT1 slave cylinder?

Want to replace my slave cylinder.Who makes a decent replacement?

Wagner is suppose to make a aluminum replacement (WAGNER Part # SC126869 ) Coni-Seal makes a ABS plastic replacement (SC132010)

Most people go threw gm or ws6store for a stock replacement unit comes as a whole unit and is less of a headache. Just bolton and go.

So would the aluminum one be better?or would it matter?

If the slave is close to your headers/exhaust, it should help. Otherwise I'm not sure it matters. The aluminum version also has a bleeder screw which may help. Typically you can bleed the LT1 hyd just by pumping the slave rod though..
