Building a lsx440 twin turbo. What trans and clutch setup would you recommend for 1000whp plus? And how much? I dont have a trans so I would need a price.

It really depends on the use. If its a dragstrip only car and you are DEAD SET on a manual i would check out liberty(as already stated), jerico and lencodrive none are cheap but are proven to take abuse
If you are street/strip just get the tranzilla t56 and run spec, textralia, ram or whatever other brand twin disc.

A friend of mine has a transzilla...not making anything close to 1000 RWHP in his car, but he likes it.
I'm building something kinda like a transzilla I guess...for myself, and also shooting for power numbers in that range...street/strip for me, not a dedicated track car.

At first I thought it was a waste but after doing a little research on it, the feed back from people using it in high horse powered cars seems to be very good. The biggest issue is setting everything up properly. Some people have it on a wide open throttle switch and others use a key on power which keeps on all the time. I'd say on anything making more than about 800 lbs of torque, you should really consider installing one. Heavier cars are going to benefit from it even more.

The way we do it is we build a weld puddle on the inside of the case where we drill and tap the hole for the fitting. Then we install an AN fitting with some thread sealent for the line to attach to. The open fitting threaded into the case will deliver a large volume of fluid to the input and cluster gears.
The T56 Magnum and TR6060 are basically the same.
