I did the drill mod today, I dont know if its just in my mind but shifting feels alot better, I went for a little test run and I pounded it into second gear and the clutch pedal dint stick to the floor and car fishtaled like a ****, shifts like butter. Next week thursday Ill try to get my spec in but my auto instructor told me that itll be alot safer to put in an sfi aproved bell housing while @ it.
who makes sfi aproved bell housing for our cars? thanks.

An aswer to your SFI bellhousing. NO ONE, yet. McLeod put one out (there is a trend below with discussions on it) but it doesn't fit our cars.

The only other solution is a blanket. BUT there is also a trend on blankets.

You'll not need one until you run 11.99 or faster AND the tech person cathese you without one.

Most of us M6 guys are just waiting on an SFI bellhousing that fits.

Do all M6's need this mod?? I was thinking I read somewhere that 01 and 02 had better hydraulics and didn't have this problem?
