Default Contacting McLeod

I sent them an email last week, but I haven't herd anything back.
Is there a better way of getting in contact with them?

I just stopped by there, and they did seem busy.

However, they have got some of the best customer service in the auto service industry around because every time I've gone there, they have been the most professional, time efficient, and easiest group of people to deal with.

My $02

you can just "show up"....but I would suggest you call or email them 1st. I have had very good response by email and of the times I did call they were able to talk me through my concerns.

I emailed pics of my particular concerns and they said "return the clutch and we will replace" so when I drove down there Lee looked at it and said "come back in a hour". Clutch was completely rebuilt and the tech gave me the detail on what the problem was.

Like any company there are times where staff get slammed so just email or call again until you get a response. FWIW Billy quickly just returned a email to me about a ? I had.
