99 V6 Camaro WC T5 with 621 bellhousing
Hey Guys, I have a 86 Mazda RX7 that im putting together a LM4/wc-T5 combo. I bought a 3899621 bellhousing to mate up the T5 to the motor. The trans is a from a 99 V6 Camaro. I heard it was one of the best choices. Problem now is that the bellhousing is not bolting up to the trans like I heard it would. Did I miss something? Or is there another piece that goes in-between? I'm a little confused.

I found this http://transmission.moderndriveline....late-7p222.htm
I emailed the company and they came back to me saying this would be the part I would need. Its great they got back to me so fast. I guess now starts the nickel-and-diming part of the build/gathering parts. Figuring out what works.

standard 7-degree CCW rotation.

Is built for the Gen4 T5 and puts the trans straight up. Verified to work.
I bet either would work fine though.

Another piece to the puzzle, what do I do about the throwout bearing? Ive read to keep it hydraulic and to upgrade to a bigger 7/8" or 1" bore master cylinder. Can I use the factory throwout and just open up the hole on the side of the bell a little bigger?

I know its been a little while, but I thought Id give a little update. I finally got an adapter. I went with the Modern Driveline unit: http://transmission.moderndriveline....late-7p222.htm
It was a little cheaper and had another mounting bolt for the Bell part. So that made me feel a little more trusting in it. I have temporarily mounted it all together. Looks like its going to be great. I dont really like the 7* rotation deal, but maybe it'll actually improve the ergonomics. Still have a long way to go with this build, but glad to have one big/important piece of the puzzle acquired.
