Default Anyone have the FLP t-56.

i plan on putting down over 700rwhp and i know my near stock t-56 is going to take a **** when i take it to the track. i havent heard much on built t-56s and wanted some suggestions. thanks, Parker.

I am also interested... I want to retain my 6-speed drivability in the upper 800's range

G -Force builds them with ratings up to 900 HP

I have one, I had a stocker B-4, so no comparison. It does shift nicely though, I went there they are 2 miles away from me. They do alot of trans's & the extreme duty is stout.

my buddy has an FLP T56 in his lt1 camaro. doesn't race it but the car is modded and he puts it through hell and back every day, no problems so far.

Speed Inc. and FLP are building some good 6-speeds now, but nothing beats the TH400

yea, your pockets have to be very deep to buy speed incs new t-56... I've heard people rebuilding theirs w/ steel forks and carbon fiber crap for like 800 bucks.... I'm doing that as soon as she cracks AGAIN.....

www.thegearbox.org talk to them and they seem reasonable for a rebuild....instead of over 1700 or 2400....not including a 750 core if you don't send them yours....

ill look into all of it, Brian i dont like TH400 on the street, its not as fun. But they are the **** on the track
