Do you mean tranny fluid? I put in a little less than 4 quarts of Mobil 1 synthetic.

Yeah, tranny fluid for my T-56. I hear a lot about GM Synchromesh.

I used Penzoil ATF. I am trying Syncromesh now with the D&D rebuild kit.

I started using Honda ATF in my 94 M6 when people on Camaroz28.com recommended it. I now run Honda ATF in my 01 M6, seems to work well.

Synchromesh. I've used it in both T56's and a 3550. Shifting is much smoother. Tremec recommends it, so I have no idea why they want you to use III

I'm not sure if you can run it in an auto. Just don't worry about that dextron III sticker. Run Synchromesh. You'll notice a difference in the way the thing shifts. Just make sure you fill it up.

I run royal purple syncromesh in my 99 M6 and have no troubles at all. Shifts feel just fine.

The only place I can get GM synchromesh is at a dealer right? How many quarts does my T-56 take? Anyone know?

Call them up. When I bought my 3550 from them 3 years ago, that's all they wanted used in the thing.
