Might get more responses in the manual tranny section, but I have the b&m and I like it a lot, its a really good shifter. Most people will say the pro 5-0 is the best though. Heres a thread that might help you out as well https://ls1tech.com/forums/manual-transmission/288077-whats-best-shifter.html

You need to test them out for yourself if you can. Those with B&M will say it is better and those with 5.0 will say it's better. I love my B&M, but you can't change the stick on it to a shorter one (the 5.0 with a short stick will have much shorter throws, but both are shorter than stock). However, it is all one welded piece so some might think that it is stonger. Just depends on you I suppose.
From what I hear, for daily drivers the B&M is preferred. For cars that see a lot of track time (like at LEAST once a week), the 5.0 is preferred. Some people say that the 5.0 throws are too short for daily drivers. But like I said, it ultimately depends on you and what YOU feel is in your best interest. It's really subjective, just like asking someone... "What's the best exhaust?"
