How much power are you making now and how much honestly will be making with in the next 12 months?
I have the same delmia but basically it boils down to if I did a clutch, I would do both bearings, the pilot and throw out, and a new GM slave, stock clutch master due to the year, your going want to update your hydraulics to 01+
I priced spec 3+ with their steel flywheel and its 750-800 bucks with shipping. Scoggin Dickey have the kit for 399. The bearings, slave, and clutch master are relevent to both. The stock feel to me is a plus and will handle your MSD wires etc etc.
I plan on a Procharger and I will still use the clutch until its dead, then consider a 3+ since I should be making 475-500 rwhp

I Have about 120 Mi on my new Spec 3+, I got a new Spec billet steel flywheel and it was about 800 bucks. I was surprised the kit came with its new pilot bearing and a new slave cylinder head. Clutch feels good has some nasty chatter on some take offs, and on others is as sooth as stock, It seems to be grabbing like a **** I am really liking it. Btw the pedal is wayyy lighter than my Ram HD its a little heavier than stock but not much.

for the money the LS7 is a good choice between the 2, u don't need something as agressive as the 3+. my 3 stayed in the car for about 20,000 miles daily driven and I got so sick and tired of it. same with my Ram HD. Now I have the Ram twin disc and I absolutley love it. u cannot go wrong with the LS7 for being a good single disc but if u do choose to go with a twin make sure it's organic style discs...no puck style because u will get chatter and harshness from it.

since u have a 99, yes. u should change to a 01-02 slave and u might as well get the adjustable master also and do the drill mod...not too much more money. if u don't do the master PLEASE replace the slave.
