yeah i was thinking that too but i really think its just the angle. i got my head up there and looked. I was holding my hand up laying on my back. But ill def. check again before i try to reinstall the tranny. I used the alignment tool that came with my Spec. I might just buy a new slave, cheap insurance...

nah man, its just cause the engine is kinda of pointing down and i had the camera up . I went straight back it looks aligned. If i can fit an alignment tool through that im assuming its aligned..?

cool.
1) can i try this by cracking my remote bleader? I just installed the remote bleader on the slave..
2) man im really positive its aligned.. right before we went at it today i slid the alingment tool in. Also, the input shaft (output? whatever) is completely past the teeth of the PP. The slave is sitting right against the PP..

1) sweet thanks for the tip!
2)by the bleader being open it just releaves pressure so the spring on the slave decompresses correct? And if we do run into trouble the would have to be the culprit, and i would ask for someone to kick me in the face.

****! that makes perfect sense man.
Hey i was just looking over that picture again, check out the different angles in the pic... the bellhousing, look on the inside edge.. the passenger side is much more visible then the drivers angle..... if that makes any sense?

right, because the clutch disc would just fall outa place...in that case the input shaft would just run into the flywheel....??

I thought my bell housing was stuck too. Just work the thing. Since it's not a sealed gasket there or anything too, stick something like a long screwdriver up there near the dowel and pry it. It really doesn't matter if you scratch the interface a bit. It took me about an hour to get it off.

I just swapped out my clutch last week. It was a pain in the *** to get the input shaft in but after 25 mins. of fighting it went. I broke the line to my slave while taking it out too and had to get a new one from Advanced. I think the worst part was attempting to bleed the clutch and after a while I just went to the store and got a Mity Vac. It was cake after that and only took about 10 mins to bleed
