Description:

Can't believe I'm even considering, but gauging interest in my 1991 Pontiac Firebird. I've owned this thing for 8 years now and it's my baby. Just looking to pursue another dream of mine at the moment. Clean and clear title in my name. Some specs are as follows, but more can be discussed with serious buyers.

-2006 LQ4 engine. Super clean untouched 80k mile shortblock, PRC 2.5 LS6 heads at 62cc (approximately 10.5:1 compression) with Tick Torquemax S3 cam, Fast 92mm intake & TB. Makes 450rwhp and just over 400tq. Speed Density tuned.

-RPM built Viper spec T56 with brand new MCLeod street extreme clutch (maybe 500 miles).

-Moser 12 bolt axle with 4.10 gears, LT1 style disc brakes and a spool.

-Weld RTS S71 wheels. 17x9 fronts and 17x9.5 rear. Rims and tires have maybe 1000 miles. ET Street R's out back.

-Stainless Works 1 7/8 LT headers with custom 3in Y pipe and 4in mufflex single exhaust with Borla XR1 Muffler.

-Interior has a full Autometer gauge cluster, Corbeau FX1 seats, and Billet Specialties steering wheel. Carpet and headliner were replaced. Everything else is stock and clean.

-Mint condition and highly sought after 91-92 Trans Am tail lights.

-13 inch 4 piston Wilwood front brakes. Hotchkis SFCs. Spohn adjustable panhard and control arms. BMR drag pack torque arm and BMR tubular K member/A-arms. Spohn coilovers up front with Lakewood 50/50 shocks. Stock springs in back with QA1 single adjustable shocks.

-No track times as this was a street car only. It has been very reliable and hauls ***. Heat works great, but there is no A/C. Paint and body is a solid 8 out of 10. Was painted back a good 15 years ago, but professionally detailed about 2 years back. Fiberglass hood has some stress cracking near the front but not super noticeable unless you're on top of it. Drivers door has a small ding right along the body line but again, not super noticeable. This is a great opportunity to get into a well known and well built third gen Firebird. If it doesn't sell by spring I will just continue to drive it and update it more. Pretty firm at $14,500.

Appreciate it! Funny thing is I always wanted to do a pro-charger. If I boosted it, thatís the path Iíd take. We will see how things go...Iím not expecting it to sell overnight in the middle of winter.

Bump for tax season. The longer this thing sits around, the less I wanna sell it.

I've never been a fan of the 3rd gens as I own a 2nd and 4th .... but ...
If I had an extra 15.5k, you'd be hearing from me. Very impressive!

Good luck!

Wow, this is one clean looking ride! I love the gauges, and also the fact that the stock radio is there. I really don't like the look of newer head units in older cars, and have always tried to return my cars to stock when I could. Wicked car! Hope the HP post gives you a bump! Good luck with the sale!

Thank you! Tough to find them built to this level for a reasonable price.

Thanks buddy! Gauge cluster is one off, and was quite the project. I really wanted to upgrade the radio, but agree that the stock one looks best. Not to mention, you canít hear much with the symphony coming out of the exhaust.
