For sale:
2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS SLP Turbo Car
I built this car to envision what I thought the perfect street car would be, high horsepower, AC, cruise control, excellent handling and the ability to go on long road trips. With the cutout closed you can easily cruise at 70 mph and enjoy the radio or have a pleasant conversation with your passengers or open it if your wife is in the car. ; )
Last year this car laid down 689whp / 674wtq on pump fuel at 13 lbs. with a splash of Trick 100 just to be safe but otherwise only sees pump gas for fuel so you can drive this Betty anywhere and not have to worry about finding E85 or running out of meth because it makes the number all the time.
Below is the list of mods plus some items I've corrected over the last five years owning this car:
Drivetrain:
SBE LS1 w/ 91,xxx miles, SPS CNC Ported 317 Heads w/ ARP Head Studs, LS6 Intake, Ported Factory TB, Turbo Cam (Have cam card), Underdrive Pulley, Huron Speed V1 AC Turbo Kit, Turbonetics T7875 BB Turbo, Tial V44 44mm WG & 50mm BOV, Innovate SCG-1 Boost Controller, CX Racing 4" A/A Intercooler, Full 3" Exhaust w/ Large Magnaflow Muffler and 3" Electric Cutout, Modified Mighty Mouse PCV Catch Can, BeCool Dual 1" Core Radiator, Dual Derail Cooling Fans, Remote Oil Cooler w/ Thermostat and Fan.
Temp never gets over 210, Oil Pressure never gets below 30 psi after multiple pulls.
Stock fuel system w/ 80 lb. Siemens Injectors, dual 255's in stock bucket, one w/ Racetronix Hotwire Kit and the other on a separate circuit and Hobbs Switch at 3 lbs. 140 Amp Escalade Alternator, Turn One PS Pulley too.
Stage 2 Built T56 trans (Rated for 700whp/700wtq) Recently serviced, Hurst Shifter, NEW Monster LT1-S Twin Disk Clutch (Rated for 700whp/700wtq), Steel Driveshaft, NEW Tick M/C, NEW Factory Slave T/B Combo, NEW AC Delco Pilot Bearing, NEW Rear Main Seal, Tick Speed Bleeder. Shifts beautifully, Input shaft had zero Horizontal Play and almost no vertical play, Thrust bearing had almost no play as well.
Moser 12 Bolt w/ 3.73:1 gears and Detroit Trutrac diff, Moser Diff Cover, (overhauled in 2017 w/ 3.73 gear change)
Chassis:
UMI Rear Suspension (5-Point Chassis Brace, Torque Arm, Transmission Cross Member w/ Driveshaft Loop, Upper / Lower Rear Axle Arms all Spherical rod ends, Lowered Rear Axle Arm Mounts, factory sway bar, UMI Adjustable Panhard Bar, BMR Turbo K-Member, Factory Front A-Arms, Strano Springs, Bilstein Shocks.
Body:
Stock w/ Sunoco Cowl Induction Hood, front bumper opened for additional IC cooling. SLP decals in door frames as well. Small dent in Driver side kick panel.
Not a show car by any means but cleans up very well as you can see.
Interior:
Stock and in great shape, no dash or door cracks, seats in good shape, everything works as it should with cutout switch in place of cigarette lighter. Recently rebuilt tilt column with brass bushings. Dual gauge pod on driver A-pillar which houses SCG-1 and a boost gauge that is not hooked up because I don't need it and don't want to look at an empty hole either. *Brand New Pioneer CD/Bluetooth Radio on 6/14*, New Pioneer Speakers, Kicker Sub w/ Amplifier. Will rattle rear view mirror if you like.
Wheels / Tires:
Front: OE Wheels Corvette Z06 17x8 w/ Nitto NT05's 275/40/17 75%
Rear: Factory Magnesium Corvette Z06 17x11 w/ Nitto NT05's 315/35/17 75%
Extra: Jegs SSR Spike 15x8 w/ MT ET Street R 275/50/15 90% (maybe 4-5 passes on these with a very light burnout)

Car is stupid fast, puts the power down surprisingly well and will knock most cars it comes across dicks in the dirt provided the road will hold.
$14K is a fair price for the amount of parts in this car and with the new twin disk it drives so nice if it doesn't sell it won't break my heart to keep it.
No trades please, looking for cash sale.
Thanks for looking.

Rewired engine cooling fans (Derale fans) to a triple relay setup so both fans come on together in low speed via PCM command and high speed also via PCM command.
Works much better and you don't have to listen to noisy fans at low speed, also seems to keep temps a little cooler too.
Just installed new Pioneer CD Bluetooth stereo since the other crapped out.
Also rewired the cooling fans to a three relay setup so both fans run in low/hi mode. Less fan noise and seems to run a little cooler.
