Is this a shootout or a test and tune type of deal?
I just bought the car last month so I'm nowhere near ready for any kind of shootout, but I'd like to make a few passes to see where I'm starting out at!

Bikes are allowed too.
We are having shootout for those that want to participate in that, otherwise people can just run test and tune all day if they want, because those lines will be open all day
