Default MFBA @ Cordova private rental
The track will be ours from 10am to 5pm or till it gets dark
Well worth the trek out there to get a decent amount of passes in.
MFBA MAYHEM IX:
CHAOS IN CORDOVA

Saturday, November 1st
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Cordova Dragway - Cordova, IL

THE ANNUAL DRAG RACING CLASSIC!

Gates open at 9:00am

Car + Driver: Non-Members: $40/ Paid MFBA Members: FREE!
Spectators: Non-Members $5 / Members: FREE!

The day's schedule:
Test & Tune 10:00am - 5pm or till it gets dark
Sign up for the shootout starting at 11:00am
1st round of the Shootout at 12:30pm


You can join the club beforehand and race for free!
The deadline to pay dues to race free is October 30

I've been to two of these a few years back. Always a good time. I'd love to make it to this one with my Z, but the trans won't be ready.

Is the shootout just for cars or could I do it with my bike? I want to blow ONEBALDWS6's *** out more than it already is.

How strict are they with safety stuff? I know the rules for the most part, but I do not want to drive out there and get kicked out if it goes faster than expected.

they are pretty strict on the basics, but if you run 11.30's w/o a bar they will tell you to get it done before you come back. if you run 9.0s w/o a cage they will tell you to run it 1/8 mile and shut it down. chances are they will not kick you out if you work with them and do what they tell you.

yea they are cool you can run 11.50s and no bar but anyfaster and they will tell you to have it next time
