WOW was 41 hooking today!!!

New P.B. 60 ft wise of a 1.3792, and 2 more of 1.38xx.Needless to say it was preped BAD ***, my shoes were pulling off my feet when i walked the starting line before action started.Ran some mid 10.50 passes at 125 mph fighting a head wind,temp was also a little warmer than predicted,low 70s.

Sorry to see you broke, must of been after we left.Yea it really jerked the front end up good.I just wish it was a little cooler out today ,with no head wind.

I want to go next sunday with the z one last time this year but i want timed runs. I don't think i've ever been to a scc event, do they time only runs or are the clocks off the whole time?

no you get slips at SCC...just cut in half so you cant see the other cars time...

Yeah i will be there matt hope the weather is cold and dry...i want a 10.80

If the weather is anywhere near what they are predicting (high 40 ) sunday, 10.40 hear i come!!!!!!! But i know something will screw it up by then, it will prob snow out or something stupid!!

Mike,we went out to the track opening day this year.It was cold as hell, car ran 127 mph,BUTTTTTT it would not hook like it did last sunday.They would not spray any VHT down,not at all.If i could of hooked it would of ran 10.42-10.45 that day.All of the stars in the universe have to be aligned.

Good luck Elmer. My old Camaro has gone 10.8@127.7 something like that at 3300-3325 raceweight, should go 10.5's or better once the new owner is less afraid of launching harder.
