Oh boy....

At least its a job that can hold me over during medic school. So if you guys need a parts place with someone who knows what the hell you're talking about, let me know.

I've also been having fun calling local Auto Zones asking for a flux capisator for an 83 Delorian, and a radiator hose on an 82 Beetle

Sure, but I'll have to order them from our warehouse, est delivery 4-6 days.

We did just get our new line of Extended Life Blinker Fluid!

I work at the one in Matteson, tucked back in the corner of a strip mall just west of Rt. 30 and Governors

One of the few guys behind the counter who knows what the heck he's talking about then.

At least the one around here I go to for stuff actually has a few people there who at least have some understanding about stuff and can actually be helpful for more than digging out that part from the back shelf.

750$ per piston, 25cents for bearings. We also have the piston installer kit.

I work at the one in Matteson, mainly weekends, but since its right down the street, it makes it easy for me to pop in whenever. If you need parts looks up remember that I need year make model and engine size. Alot of times it wont matter, but on the computer for parts lookup it does. Either that or PM me and i'll shoot you the #.

My favorite is asking for aluminum magnets and left handed screwdriver sets.

It's a good company to work for! I was a store manager and Divisional Manager in training for a few years.

Learn the name of the company and you'll be fine: ADVANCE AUTO PARTS. Not AdvanceD.
