MFBA @ Cordova May9th Hey folks, we need to generate interest in Cordova since our #'s are down and we are at risk of loosing the event. If you're looking to hang out with some good people and run your car as many times as you want, this is the event for you. All we need is 32 cars to make this happen and we're currently @ 14.
Prepay cost is $40 by monday may 4th
@ the gate is $45

Hopefully they come in for you in the next week. Just cause we're asking people to prepay doens't mean they can't come in as walk on's. Unfortunately we need 32 prepaid entries to make it happen.

Well it's 150+ miles each way for most of us. Thus your low turn out. I know renting that track is cheap for a great facility but who wants to drive 2 hours each way to race when there are alturnitives. I have however been to the last 3.

I'm surprised I hadn't heard about this sooner. I try to check the mfba site regularly, but must have missed the initial announcement. Good luck, I hope it comes together, you all were fun to hang out & race with.

Yeah, it sucks it as far away as it is but we'll just make due. Imagine how bad your situation could have been last fall if you were at 41 or the grove. Right place, right time and I was lucky to have a fire extinguisher in my car. Your welcome

Oh I agree which is why my TA has not been to 41 in 3 years. But to say there is bad turnouts when there is no posts in the drag section, no effert untill it's cancled to invite other boards. Things need to be changed.
