Kankakee area guys, new cruise night coming Im bringing a cruise night to Manteno IL, it will start tuesday May 11th and be the 2nd and 4th tuesday of every month. Tenativly it will be at The Creamery ice cream store right off I57. I will keep everyone post on the details. Times will be 6-8pm.

Looks like it will happen, The creamery backed out but the Village is all for it. I met w/ the village yesterday and i need to present this to the Board on May 3 so if everything goes well we will start this on May 25 and wiil be On Main st. across from the dollar general store. They are letting me use the new speaker system to play music and they have a mic if i need to make announcments(maybe future giveaways). I will post results of the meeting May 3rd or 4th. Thanks. Allright, I was approved for the Cruise night in Manteno. Dates will be the FIRST and THIRD tuesday of every month from May till AUG starting May 18th. Pass the word and lets make this a succesful cruise spot. There are a few resturaunts in walking distance and an ice cream shop. If things work out im going to try and get Rad Rods by Troy to have an Open house since his shop is right across the tracks If you need more info contact Rich Pawlak at mantenocruises@att.net Thanks

Sweet. Hope it will turn into a big cruise night and no idiots ruin it for everybody else. I will make sure I tell everybody I know with a nice car to come down.
Been to Troy's shop, his shop forman lives a few house's down from me, and it is pretty cool. The cars are just amazing!

I went to Troy,s shop yesterday, Im hoping if this cruise night is a hit, that maybe later in the year to have them host a open house or maybe do a dyno day there.

Thanks , im trying to hit all the local places to get flyers out, My cousin is in the ford club and they love the idea. Get the word out and lets make this a success. Other wise there is not much in the area for things like this..

you know i didnt even think to check in here(even though im never on anyway) but i heard about this. the guy that owns feel good customs is a friend of a friend and he was telling me about it. i leave for florida with work on the 18th so i cannot make that one, but the next one for sure. hopefully my car is done soon and i can actually participate!!!

I drove past today, The old eakins building. saw you guys out there. I'll drive past tonight w/ the gn and say hi. My wife own Doves Photography that used to be on Main st. next to anthony's now she's out of our house.

Sounds good, Tell your dad to come out. I dont think the cops care there's no tags on the car, Im there on my slicks and the cop was looking it over and he didnt care. Were only driving a few blocks.
