Default Speed density tuner near st louis?

I currently have my speed density 2000 Z28 up and running but it needs a tune. I want it done right. Drivability is very important, not just wide open throttle. Any suggestions?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a speed density tune around here would need regular updates with the shifts we have in weather... (humidity, temperature. . .)

I mainly drive my car in weather that is 80-100 degrees so I will get it tuned when it gets a little warmer. I don't think I will need adjustments when it cold because the car isn't driven much.
